Preparing the pan-fried chicken breast is very quick. First, heat a non-stick pan over the stove with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil 1 and 2 or 3 whole garlic cloves in their skins, but crushed, so they flavor without leaving a strong taste 2. Then lay down the chicken breasts when the oil is hot 3.
After adding all the breasts 4, add a few sprigs of rosemary 5 and some sage leaves 6.
Then let it brown over high heat 7 8, it should be golden, turn it and continue cooking on the opposite side 9, it will take about 6-7 minutes per side.
When the chicken breast is golden on both sides, deglaze with white wine 10 and let the alcohol evaporate, then lower the heat. Adjust with salt 11 and pepper 12.
Once cooked, transfer it to a serving plate 13, drizzling it with the cooking sauce 14 and adding some sage leaves and a bit of rosemary 15. Now all that's left is to serve it!
